Physical Therapy

About this service:

Our mission is to provide our beneficiaries with timely access to the highest quality Physical Therapy services with the ultimate goal of helping those we serve to regain function to the fullest possible capacity.

The Physical Therapy Department is outfitted with a wide array of the most modern equipment for the treatment of neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction. Our staff provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of most orthopedic conditions as well as post-surgical rehabilitation. We also provide back injury prevention and ergonomics workshops to ashore and afloat commands.

Patients may access the Physical Therapy Clinic via referral from their a Primary Care Provider.
Appointments are available for active duty members only on Mon/Wed/Fri.
