Radiology
The Radiology Department provides diagnostic and routine services. Radiology imaging services are currently available to all categories of beneficiaries: active duty, dependents, and retirees. All images require an order from a referring provider. Patients with orders from outside providers are advised to bring a hard-copy of that order.

Ultrasound Exams are performed only on Tuesday and Thursday. Call the Front Desk to schedule an appointment for Mammograms, Ultrasound and Bone Density.
Routine Radiography is walk-in only, no appointment needed. Patients are seen on a first come first serve basis except for emergent cases which take precedence.

X-Rays and Bone Density are completed on a walk-in basis. Ultrasounds require appointments and are available Mon/Wed/Fri; call 860-694-4873 to schedule, though walk-ins with orders from either in-house or outside providers will be accepted at the discretion of the technician.

Important Information

Notify your Primary Care Manager prior to reporting to the Radiology Department, if there is any possibility that you are pregnant.

Reports for all exams will be sent to the Medical Records Department to be filed in your medical record.

All Members are advised that images completed at other duty stations are NOT available for review/printing at this clinic.
Referrals for Radiology Services We Don’t Provide

No Ultrasound for the following exams: Vascular, Carotid, Breast, Musculoskeletal Upper Extremity DVT, Aorta Ultrasound and OB/Fetal Gestation – Referred to local network.
